Wall Mounted Chinning Station

 

Chin/Pull-ups are the upper body equivalent of dead-lifts. Again they are an essential exercise. Just look at the targeted muscle groups.

Designed with the rigors of NFL Team use in mind, and rated to over 600 lbs.* Interchangeable handles allow users to change the gripping bar from 1" to an incredible 3" handle (Additional handles sold separately) to really work your grip.

Measures 48" L x 21" W x 16" H. Mounting hardware included, specify wood-frame construction, concrete, or hollow masonry construction when ordering.
