Shipping Terms and Conditions
- SHIPPING TIME: Will vary from
five days to three weeks depending upon the availability of the
product, alterations and manufacturing. Most items will be shipped
in five days.
- SPECIAL ITEMS: Custom designed or
specially ordered equipment cannot be cancelled.
- Packages will be shipped through DHL, Fed Exp, UPS or Common
Carrier depending upon the size & weight of the package.
If your order is
shipped via truck line, it is a curbside service. This means
that you are responsible for getting the equipment from the back
of the truck to your home. However, there are (2) services
available to you if you so choose at an additional charge (these
fees are not included in free freight or freight quotes). Inside
delivery-You are responsible to help the driver. They will
help get the freight to the first secured location of your
residence (Ex. Garage, inside first accessible door). The
charge for this service is a minimum of $75.00.Lift Gate-The truck
is equipped with a deck that lowers the shipment to just above
ground level. The charge for this service is a minimum of
$75.00.If you want both services you pay for both services.
If you decide after placing the order to utilize one or both of
these services you are responsible to pay the driver upon
delivery. You are also responsible for making the
arrangements if you decide after the shipment has left. If

- FREIGHT RATES GIVEN ARE APPROXIMATE. WILL INFORM THE ACTUAL
FREIGHT RATE BEFORE SHIPMENT LEAVES THE WAREHOUSE, SHOULD THE
RATES BE DIFFERENT.
- DO NOT SIGN THE RECEIPTS IF THE CRATES OR BOXES ARE DAMAGED
- DESCRIBE THE DAMAGES WITH YOUR SIGNATURE ON THE TRUCKERS BILL OF

- THERE WILL BE EXTRA FREIGHT WHEN THE SHIPMENT IS SENT TO HAWAII,

prepaid) as soon as possible. YOUR SATISFACTION IS VERY IMPORTANT

PACKED AND THOROUGHLY INSPECTED BEFORE LEAVING OUR FACTORY.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITS SAFE DELIVERY WAS ASSUMED BY THE CARRIER UPON
ACCEPTANCE OF THE SHIPMENT. CLAIMS FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUSTAINED IN
TRANSIT MUST, THEREFORE, BE MADE UPON THE CARRIER AS FOLLOWS.
CONCEALED LOSS OR DAMAGE: CONCEALED LOSS OR DAMAGE MEANS LOSS OR
DAMAGE WHICH DOES NOT BECOME APPARENT UNTIL THE MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN
UNPACKED. THE CONTENTS MAY BE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT DUE TO ROUGH HANDLING
EVEN THOUGH THE CARTON MAY NOT SHOW EXTREME DAMAGE. WHEN THE DAMAGE IS
DISCOVERED UPON UNPACKING, MAKE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR INSPECTION BY THE
CARRIER'S AGENT WITHIN FIFTEEN DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE. THEN FILE A CLAIM
WITH THE CARRIER SINCE SUCH DAMAGE IS THE CARRIER'S RESPONSIBILITY. BY
FOLLOWING THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY, WE GUARANTEE OUR FULL SUPPORT OF
YOUR CLAIMS TO PROTECT AGAINST LOSS FROM CONCEALED DAMAGE.
VISIBLE LOSS OR DAMAGE: ANY EXTERNAL EVIDENCE OF LOSS OR DAMAGE
MUST BE NOTED ON THE FREIGHT BILL OR EXPRESS RECEIPT, AND SIGNED BY THE
CARRIER'S AGENT. FAILURE TO ADEQUATELY DESCRIBE SUCH EXTERNAL EVIDENCE
OF LOSS OR DAMAGE MAY RESULT IN THE CARRIER REFUSING TO HONOR A DAMAGE
CLAIM. THE FORM REQUIRED TO FILE SUCH A CLAIM WILL BE SUPPLIED BY THE
